Request a Refund
If you're not satisfied with your PillowTalk Premium purchase, you can request a refund through Apple. Please note that all refunds are handled directly by Apple, not by PillowTalk.
Important: Apple typically processes refund requests for purchases made within the last 90 days. The decision to approve or deny a refund is at Apple's discretion.
How to request a refund
- Open the App Store app on your iOS device
- Tap your profile icon in the top-right corner
- Tap Purchased
- Find PillowTalk in your purchase history
- Swipe left on the purchase and tap Report a Problem
- You'll be redirected to Apple's website to complete your request
Requesting a refund via Apple's website
- Visit reportaproblem.apple.com
- Sign in with your Apple ID
- Find your PillowTalk purchase in the list
- Click Report a Problem next to the purchase
- Select the reason for your refund request from the dropdown menu
- Provide a brief explanation in the comments field
- Click Submit
