Setting up Sleep Data Notifications

PillowTalk can send you personalized sleep data notifications and reminders to help you stay on track with your sleep goals and improve your nightly routine.

How to enable sleep notifications

  1. Open the PillowTalk app on your iOS device
  2. Tap on the Profile or Settings tab in the bottom navigation
  3. Select Notifications or Reminders
  4. Toggle Sleep Data Notifications to ON
  5. Set your preferred notification times (e.g., bedtime reminders, sleep summary, or wake-up tips)
  6. Tap Save to apply your changes

iOS notification permissions

  1. Open your iOS Settings app
  2. Scroll down and tap on PillowTalk
  3. Tap Notifications
  4. Toggle Allow Notifications to ON
  5. Customize your notification preferences (sounds, badges, banners, etc.)

Notification not working?

If you've enabled notifications but aren't receiving them, check that:

  • Your device is not in Do Not Disturb or Focus mode
  • You have the latest version of PillowTalk installed
  • Your notification settings in iOS Settings are correctly configured
  • Background App Refresh is enabled for PillowTalk
